Trisha Conley

Board Member

Executive Vice President, People and Culture | Trisha Conley has more than 25 years of experience in human resources, talent management, culture and organizational change, global integration and business organizational design. Ms. Conley currently serves as Executive Vice President, People and Culture for LyondellBasell (LYB). In this position, she collaborates with senior leaders to set the human resources strategic direction and people performance objectives for the company. Ms. Conley oversees the Talent Development, HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, DEI, HR Operations and Learning and Development teams. 
 
Prior to LyondellBasell, REG, Ms. Conley was Senior Vice President of People Development for Renewable Energy Group (REG) which was acquired by Chevron in mid-2022.  Prior to REG, Ms. Conley worked for nearly 20 years at BP, serving the HR Vice President for Fuels, North America and BP Downstream Head of Country for HR in her final role at BP. Other roles at BP included the Global Head of Talent for Downstream, the Talent Management leader on the joint venture HR project with BP’s JV partner Reliance in India and the HR Director of Integrated Supply & Trading, North America Gas & Power. 
 
Ms. Conley holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations and communications from The University of Northern Iowa and an MBA from The University of Missouri-Kansas City. She also serves as a trustee and the chairperson of the Compensation & Leadership Committee on the board for the Morton Arboretum in Lisle, IL. In addition, she serves on the Board of the Galveston Bay Foundation.  In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading and a variety of outdoor activities including skiing and participating in long-distance road cycling events. 
 
She also enjoys spending time with her husband John and their kids, Nataliya and Ian.
